ViTralizer - Product Hydrogen peroxide disinfection, Fight coronavirus

H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) Room Disinfection

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a naturally occurring chemical substance that exists widely in air and water. As early as the eighteenth century, humans discovered and started to use hydrogen peroxide, which is widely used in food, beverage, medical equipment, and health care. The use of hydrogen peroxide depends mainly on the degree of oxidation, and different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide have different uses.

In order to give utilize maximum advantages of hydrogen peroxide disinfection and sterilization without leaving any residue, we’ve developed the ViTralizer. It uses the vaporized delivery mechanism, making sure that the “Dry Mist” has more than 200 times the sterilization ability of liquid hydrogen peroxide.

With the development of the ViTralizer, people are now able to atomize the disinfectant solution into small particles smaller than ten μm, so-called dry mist. Because these small particles move irregularly in the air (Brownian motion principle), they will not settle, nor will they aggregate to produce large droplets. They will rebound after contacting the surface of the object and will not decompose to make the surface wet. Therefore, these characteristics of dry mist make it very diffusible, leaving no dead corners during disinfection, no wet surface, no corrosion of equipment, color steel plates, and walls.

H2O2 is a clinically proven method of getting rid of all sorts of contamination, including bacteria, viruses, mold and funguses. Studies show that hydrogen peroxide vapor is effective against many viruses, including noroviruses, adenoviruses, influenza viruses and coronaviruses. Before hydrogen peroxide evaporation, there is practically no need for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with liquid disinfectants or other forms of sanitization of surfaces.

The ViTralizer has been designed to ensure maximum safety, suitable for it’s commercial or household applications. The unit is equipped with user friendly components making its operation really simple. Simply  fill the reservoir (about 1 qt), set the room size, push start and leave the room.  The “ViTralizer”  is capable of sanitizing over 17,000 cubic feet  (2,125 Square Feet @ 8 ft ceilings) in one run.

In less than an hour, people can safely return to the now sanitized area.  If you need more space covered, just move the machine to a different location and run it again.

It’s that easy.
